Velez ALSO gets the benefit of riding the nut Clement horses and Proctor horses. I COULD WIN RACES ON THESE Horses at Tampa. You put Centeno on these horses and he is winning at 30% on the lawn.

Proctor has had only 87 starts and sits at a realistic 17.2% compared to Ness' 153 starts (nearly double Proctor's) @ 35.3% -but there's nothing going on there, we just witness greatness every day here at Tampa

You take Centeno off Ness's "superbly trained" horses and he's barely wiping his own asz here...
