Default snow on my chart

So I get a DRF race chart in my in-box, and each horse off the board says "snow" after his name.

Snow?

It must have been snowing so hard that they couldn't tell what was going on during the race. If you look at the points of call there is no information there either.

My favorite is the fog at Aqueduct, but pretty much the same effect in the end. Chart caller simply can't see them or at the least cannot distinguish between them due to the weather.

Every time I think of fog
I think of Sylvester Carmouche

or the Crypt Keeper as we always referred to him
