Default ROI Results 3/14 @ Colonial

Apology's to John Denver but 5 winning wagers were made at Colonial Downs in VIRGINIA
on Saturday and we had a spirited battle between Blunny and Allydar but it was only for the
number two spot. Blunny gets second place by selecting winners in races 1, 7 and 8 for a
$47.50 profit. Allydar get the show spot by hitting his winner, a nice $14.40 mutuel, in race 9
for a $44.00 profit. Unfortunately for both of them it was like bringing the proverbial knife to
a gun fight. Alli smoked the field on Saturday by hitting a monster trifecta in the featured
Virginia Derby. Incredibolt, Grittiness and Confessional teamed up for a $660.95 trifecta
and Alli hit it twice. The $1237.90 profit was the best of the year and put Alli into the ROI
black for the season joining Digger and Allydar. Major kudos on the win Alli and a super
wager. Nicely played. Following are the unofficial results pending a booth review. Hope
to see you all on next weeks Derby Trail.

Thanks, RQ!

The Virginia/West Virginia rivalry is real! Lol

Example: Car makers had to move the dimmer switch back to the floorboard in West Virginia cars because those people kept getting their foot caught in the steering wheel.

Just some homespun humor.

I laughed even though the people in the state in which I reside may not be a bit smarter than those folks in West Virginia. That aside, that was a super play you made.

Just wish I had bet it for real. I did put a wager on Grittiness but did not cash in on the big one, sadly.
