Default Nice ride by Gomez

I didn't bet the race. Just commenting after (finally) watching the replay on Calracing.

Why was Gomez in such a hurry on Shes All Eltish? And, you'd think he's learned that putting a horse under pressure while entering the stretch guarantees a DUCK IN. (Well, at least he wasn't sticking righty.)

Abused and passed late by a suckup run. Nice...............

Back to your regularly scheduled posting.

...and he's arguably the top jockey in the country. It's borderline depressing how bad the jockey colony is.

Let's get something out of the way first.....this is how you return to posting on the net, after a two week sabatical, due to your absurd Derby opinions? You honestly don't have a clue. The Fat Man has a better understanding of trip handicapping than 99.99999% of all horseplayers....and that's probably understating it. And, frankly, even if he didn't, there is no denying he is 100% correct that She's All Eltish was much the best in today's Black Eyed Susan.

It's pretty astounding the arrogance you continue to display both here and elsewhere considering you have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to have one of the single worst handicapping opinions in the history of horseplaying. Combine that with a total lack of betting acumen and you are the complete package of hopelessness.

Things have gotten so desperate for you that you might need to call some of your friends back to remind us what a genius you are.

BBB is right that turf rail placement is worth noting. Somewhere in the funny are a few good concepts.

Thanks for the compliment, Triple B. To be included with the likes of Fattie and hooves is an honor.

You got that wrong: I believe he hit ONE pick4 last fall; paying a whopping 4:1 or so. I mean, his plays at SAR, for example, were beyond embarrassing. I was at the point where I was pitying the DOOFUS last summer as he was stumbling and bumbling his way to one blown pick 4 after another.

And, the ironic thing is that he's clueless when it come to trips.
