How can one not like a guy who kisses 91 year old women smack on the lips.
Bullriders are kind people and apparently know their animals. He looked and acted extremely confident BEFORE the race. I found that impressive.

I remember a few years ago when Nafzger had a dreadful Gulfstream meeting and was asked by a media type why this was so. He answered, straight-faced, "I can't train and my horses are no good." Have really liked him ever since. Dry wit is such a delightful gift.
