Pretty soft group for 300k in the Risen Star. El Padrino is supposed to crush that field if hes as good as some around here think he is.

All kidding aside, you're right that he can (and should) easily win. I won't be betting against him, but I'm also not looking to play him at short odds on what to me can be a quirky main track. And while I agree he isn't a flash in the pan like some of the others, I've been fooled (a lot) in the past by horses like him. Like I said, I'm just trying to be right either way.
