Default The State of Pro football

There are a whole lot of good teams in the AFC right now. I have no idea who will be in the superbowl based on the season so far.

The Bears look superior. Still not totally sold on Grossman, but I am on the D.
The Cowboys inability to stop the pass rush with an immobile QB gives me a sigh of relief that they may have a long way to go. Good to see TO playing like the screwball that he is.

Buy on Grossman....When he learns to check it down, like he is steadily doing, he is going to be even more dangerous.

In all seriousness, alot of it has to do with his O-Line. He barely gets touched and gets time to make touch 50 yard bomb passes. Look at the last touchdown in the Seattle game, he had a milli-inch of space to get a ball in 40 yards down the field and it couldn't have been thrown any better.

NEXT WEEK BABY, we are going to show America who the best team in the NFL is. Bears 1562 Arizona -3

Yep. Negative numbers would indicate a very good defense.

One thousand five hundred and sixty two points is not directly divisible by 7. So I guess the Bears miss a few extra points, and maybe a few safeties are thrown in there. Field goals are not an option. Da Barz.

Scavs they gotta be good if they are letting Cedric in the game.

yeah... and we rooted for Danny Weurffel for that same reason lol. I had my doubts about Grossman just like everyone lese going into the season, but I did leave the door slightly cracked for him for a couple of reasons-

1) He hasn't really sucked beyond the playoff game last year, because HE HASN'T PLAYED. There's a difference. I heard so much going into the season "Rex sucks". And ym response always was, how do we really know? In 3 seasons, he's played a total I think of 8 games going into this year.

2) Everyone was calling for Brian Griese to come in and replace Rex. Well he's coming off a serious knee injury (we never woulda saw Chris Simms if it weren't for Griese's knee, because he was tearing it up in Tampa before his knee got torn up)., and he's new to the system. It takes awhile for a QB to get acclamated to a new offense. That and Kyle Orton won a lot of games last year, but it wasn't pretty for him.

So congrats to Rex and the Bears. That D is even more freaknasty than last year so far. As a Vikes fan, I'm gonna go have a cry now lol. Lata y'all.
