Default Choke Artist A Rod

Bases loaded with 2 outs in the bottom of the first, A Rod is true to form and strikes out looking on three pitches.
Words can't describe what a choke artist piece of garbage this guy is.

A lot of teams put their best player in the six spot.

LOL!!!
Hes stranded more guys in the playoffs the last three years than anyone in history.
Players are defined by how they play in pressure situations that matter, not how they do with the score 7-1 either way in May.
Its why he doesnt have any rings.

By the way Sniper, if he keeps this up hes going to 8th. Cano and Matsui are much better hitters when the money is on the line. Heck even Posada is. I'd bat him 9th. I really and truly would.

So that makes him the best player?
Please explain.
He doesnt make more than Jeter in endorsements, and he shouldnt. Jeter is a winner and A Rod is a loser. Jeter has to carry his sorry ass now. Hes useless.

Oracle, you whine like a little girl. It isn't enough your team has over $100 million more in payroll than the Tigers. Now you whine because of a first inning strikeout.

For the poster above, Arod makes more per at bat ($40K) than most people make per year.

Yankee fans are like little girls. If everything doesn't go their way they whine.

You don't hear Detroit fans whining because the Yankees knew the game was cancelled last night and were told by MLB, but Detroit's starting pitcher wasn't told and he went out and wasted his arm warming up.

How about MLB letting one of the best players in baseball, Abreu, just become available for the highest bidder, which we alll know was going to be the Yankees.

WHY DON'T THE YANKEES JUST BUY EVERY PLAYER IN MLB, and then they can never lose.

I've been frustrated with A Rod too, but I'm going wait to see what he does over the entire playoffs(this year) before I write him off as a complete choke artist.

They just showed the graphics and hes thrown 79 pitches at the end of 4 innings. Hes got maybe one more inning left, and then he either gets shelled, or you gotta call on the batphone out to the pen.

LOL.. This is his "final test" for me.. if he continues to fail to come through in more spots (like today's 1st inning), I'm on that choke artist band wagon.

Detroit is just horrible. How they made the playoffs is a great wonder.
Hopefully Oakland will destroy the Yankees.

I said a month ago that they were the only team who could beat the Yankees. They'd never destroy them, but in my opinion are the 2nd best team in baseball.
You can forget anyone in the NL beating either the Yanks or the A's. Thats not gonna happen.
Its Yanks and A's and thats the way it should be Tim. You should have to beat the best to be pronounced the best.

Theres nothing I dont agree with as far as what you just said. The only team who can beat the Yankees is a team with exceptional pitching like the A's.
Everyone else is just playing for 3rd place. The Yankees and A's are so much the best 2 its not even funny.

Detroit is horrible. They lost 30 out of their last 50. The Yankees are still struggling with them.

For Oracle, What is the score now big mouth. LOL.

I almost want the Yankees to get to the WS though so Wagner can strike out Arod in game 7 with the bases loaded, 2 outs down a run.

Maybe next year the Yankees can spend $300 million.
