5 tickets were cashed at the Fair Grounds Saturday and 3 ROI slots were filled. Better than last weeks
skunking anyway. Cal visited the cashiers window with a trifecta but failed to hit the board. Digger takes the 3rd spot with a winning ticket on Hit Show. Not a big Hit but good enough for $5 and the Show. Blunny takes second place by hitting race one with a win bet on Rani worth $127.50. Blunny held everyone off until race 12 when Real Quiet zoomed on by with an exacta featuring Paladin and a profit of $161.60 which included another exacta from race 6. Following are the unofficial results pending any objections. Check your scores cause my fingers, my eyes and my brain aren't always in synch. See you next week wherever “Paladin, Paladin where do you roam”. (you have to be old to remember that). I qualify. WIN... Real Quiet... +$161.60... Yeah, I qualify too. I remember a lot of those old westerns like Bonanza, Wanted Dead or Alive, Gunsmoke, The Rifleman, Have Gun Will Travel, Wagon Train, Rawhide and others. Seems like TV in those days was mostly westerns or detective shows.
