Default ROI Results 6/28 @ Churchill Downs

It was a Ruff day at the Downs of Churchill for all our players save one. The only ticket that was
cashed belonged to Ruffian and she get the win with the greatest of ease. Well it was almost easy
except for the big late run of JolyB but sealing the deal in a Pick 5 is no easy task. Ruff played
Incursion to win and despite her 12-1 morning line pick going off at 5-1 the $12.16 win bet was
worth an $82.40 profit and win # 3 for the Raging Ruffalo. Don't you just love that .16 cent payout
Ruff? It's extra money in your virtual wallet! JB, I credited your scratch in race 12 as a loss. If
this is incorrect please let me know. Congrats on the win Ruff. You stopped us from being shut
out. Nicely played. Following are the unofficial Churchill results pending any objections. See
you next week at this same bat channel.

WIN... Ruffian... +$82.40... Race 5 #1 = $30 Win $12.16 X 15... $182.40
.

Ruff, nice pick for your ROI win, even if the ML odds were far too high. That happened a number of times at CD on Saturday. Still, a win is a win no matter what the odds.

RQ, I agree with your treatment of the late scratch of Reagan's Wit as a loss. Once the pick 5 sequence started, any scratch would have been moved to the PTF, which in this case was Tiztastic. That fact that he was already on my ticket didn't matter. That money went up in smoke along with the rest of my wager when Tiztastic was not fantastic and Freedom's Not Free chose to drop anchor around the 1/16th pole. I should have never looked at the will pays and started counting my potential winnings before the gates opened.
