Coldest Week Possibly Ever, For Sure Since 1800's
Here were I just moved, Jacksonville, Florida.
So I decide to move from Ohio and the brutal cold and here I am freezing at night lol. Hey Hooves glad I brought some winter gear you were right. It's not that bad, no below zero wind chill crap etc and it's getting into the 40's and 50's at day plus the sun is out They are sure to loose some crops |

more 'Riotous' proof of gloal warming, from today's Drudge Report!
Temps Plunge to Record as Cold Snap Freezes North, East States... CHILL MAP... Vermont sets 'all-time record for one snowstorm'... Iowa temps 'a solid 30 degrees below normal'... Power outage halts flights at Washington Reagan National Airport... Seoul buried in heaviest snowfall in 70 years... Peru's mountain people 'face extinction because of cold conditions'... Beijing -- coldest in 40 years... World copes with Arctic weather... and to think by warming the planet we're freezing these poor Peruvians into extinction |

or you can click the link to the article on drudge and read this: "In a world growing ever hotter, Huancavelica is an anomaly. These communities, living at the edge of what is possible, face extinction because of increasingly cold conditions in their own microclimate, which may have been altered by the rapid melting of the glaciers." http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2010...rs-winter-cold other's here tell me you're really not an idiot but it's hard to tell when you post headlines to prove an imagined point without bothering to read the actual article. |

There's a reason I left the post on esoteric and not the political side because of the humor factor in the headline not the story that was obviously written w/a left angle. Extinct or just forced to move to lower ground? It involves a couple hundred people. |

Unfortunately, you then keep posting comments, like the above, that make you look very, very silly.

green communism or How to take advantage of a cyclical weather pattern
gerbil worming is only caused by countries with a free market.
Communist China etc is exempt. Do any of those links explain why there WAS a thousand feet of ice where I am now and no one was driving cars causing it to melt back then.

This is like Fall weather for me but after a year or two and my blood and body gets acclimated I'll be freezing too. My parents moved to SC a little over a year ago and are going thru the same change. At first it did not bother them, now when it drops into the 40's they freeze. |
