God bless Miggy...We miss him...Is he coming back for the Spa Meet?

Nope. Why would he? He's killing 'em out West.

You are right...He really made a great choice going out there. I remember reading that it was more or less an experiment because he's quite a family man and they were back in New York. I'm happy for his success.

Default race 4

trifectas

10 with 3 6 7 9 with 3 6 7 9 =$20

69 with 10 with 3 5 6 7 9 11 = $10

69 with 3 6 7 9 with 10 = $6

exacta

3 6 9 10 over the 3 5 6 7 9 10 11 = $24

= $60

I think we've seen enough of Dr. Franklin.

One thing worth noting is that the maiden claimers on the turf at Gulfstream were unusually weak this past meet. They ran a ton of them, and they all got full fields, and the horses were pretty much universally bad. There was a HUGE gap between those races and the maiden specials on the turf.

What you "don't" know DOES hurt you in racing.

Dance Cszar over party jones and samyn has the 8 third.
- $38 for that race , glad my "wager" was only message board.

just noticed that Most Distinguished payed $2.50 to place in the 3rd race. Good price for that field.

Ya know, this is a classic example of liking a longshot but not really knowing what to do with it. I thought Star for Tina had a shot to hit the board at a big price, but wasn't a serious contender to win. I refuse to bet to show, which leaves betting trifecta keys I guess. I tried to jam him in the 2nd slot instead in exactas.

It was a tough triple spread, as even though the two logical horses ran one-two, you sort of had to use more than a few horses.

Carry on the Dream is pretty interesting in the 5th race. He had an unusually crazy trip in his lone turf race going long.

I totally agree, and it also seems that the later in the meet, especially the last month, where they were scrambling to fill cards the quality was even worse
