Default Hansen out of Travers, and wait for it...

...will most likely be retired.

Has tendon injury according to multiple tweets a few minutes ago from NYRA, David Grening, etc.

That was exactly my thought, with recent announcements about Bode and Union Rags. If this had been a few years ago (with down breeding industry), they may have tried to bring one or more of these horses back, but with breeding industry stabilized and the horses being by sires such as Tapit, Dixie Union, and Empire Maker, the trends from the early 2000s seem to be reasserting themselves.

As usual, the 3yo fillies have been more durable this year. So far.

I'm sad to say:

No Dr. Hansen > Hansen the horse( even if they let him sprint like he should have all along)

Thank you! I still can't believe we pulled that off sometimes.... I have to post an update thread on that mare at a later date (plan to visit her sometime over the next month).

Happy birthday, welcome to the forum and cheers to you guys for your kindness and compassion.

Sorry for asking if you were her... she is probably the only person who has pictures of my favorite horse, Hendrix, so thought I'd ask but very glad you're here.

My only advice? Stay the hell out of the Politics Forum.
