Let's face it, he hasn't done a whole hell of a lot so far this year and they are still 10-1. Also they are extremely deep at WR and haven't missed a beat when he has been out. Not to mention the distraction he has been so far this year. I am interested to see how the organization is going to handle him this time.

It is so ridiculous that someone can shoot themselves, seriously. I have touched a gun a total of three times in my life (1 handgun, 1 shotgun, 1 rifle) and know ZERO about gun safety, but I know to keep the damn thing pointed towards the ground away from all limbs and people.

people often make the mistake of thinking a gun cannot fire if the safety is on. that's untrue, the safety only keeps the trigger from being pulled.

With a Glock it's pretty easy....there really is no external safety so basically it's ready to fire all the time.

That's why some people like them, and some stay away as Glock's are hair triggers, drop it and it can go off as Plaxico learned.

So my question is why would someone carry a Glock in their sweatpants and why would someone wear sweatpants to a niteclub.

This is just one of the dumbest and funniest things I've heard.

in reality a gock is very hard to discharge..you must pull the trigger. you can toss it against the wall and it wont go off.

Let's see...in a night club..carrying a piece..in NY...not the brightest bulb apparently. Isn't carrying a weapon illegal in NY? Authorities should have a piece of him...too bad for Giants. Hopefully, they won't need him

the police haven't questioned him as yet-no doubt they have bigger fish to fry.
he only broke the law if he didn't have a concealed carry permit.

I thought NY had stricter gun laws than that.

I believe it is much harder to get the concealed weapon permit in New York. It takes a lot longer than most states. They do more comprehensive background checks and you must have a legitimate reason for wanting (needing) the permit. A family member just recieved their permit in NY, it took about 7 months, in PA it takes about 1-2 weeks.
