I don't disagree. I don't know that I would've bet them today but I would've thought about it. And I definitely thought they would win the division. And I'm a Jet fan. Oh well. Maybe they have quit on Coughlin.

I look at betting football like trying to show a profit betting odds on favorites at the track. A very difficult task indeed. Maybe you will come to that conclusion before you dig yourself too deep a hole.

Yesterday was rough. Stayed away from the late games because I was so disgusted with Packer and Charger meltdowns.

Raiders plus 16.5.......$330/300

Chargers didn't meltdown. If Tenn had a semi-competent coach they would have lost by 14

if your bankroll is $2000, why are you regularly risking 25% and more in a single day?

even if there was some basis for your confidence that you can bet profitably, the % of bankroll risked is essentially leaving everything to chance.

I don't know what kind of edge you imagine you have but even if it's as high as being able to win 60% (which would be laughable) you risk going broke before that edge could be asserted over the long run.

you've got more than 15% of your bankroll in a single game tonight. and then more than 10% in a second game. who in their right mind bets like that?

I have literally waited 2 years for Logan Thomas to start a game like this. I just hope he keeps it up.

I do. Its my style. Fast and out of control. Ill show a profit. I am confident in my system. I use donbest.com to track line movement, I stay against the public 75% of the time, at least. Im staying away from totals. I have a trend of losing totals and now Im finished with them. Ill be fine, Ill profit.
