Default SAT - LRL G1 De Francis & KEE late PK4

Laurel Park

R9 – G1 Frank J. De Francis Memorial Dash

#9 Ah Day – Loves it wet and should be rolling late after an expected pace meltdown.
#3 Ravalo – Should get 1st run on the speedsters, but will have a difficult assignment to hold off the top choice.
#1 Vineyard Haven – Mulitple G1 winner takes on elders for the 1st time and must deal with the rail draw.
#4 Fleet Valid – Looking for 5th victory in a row, but this is a big step up.

Keeneland

R7 – MSW 50k (2yo 9F)

#8 Gold Medallion (BEST BET) - Makes 4th career start and has progressed with each start, especially with the addition of blinkers last time out.
#2 Heart Butte – Broke last of 12 in debut and still managed to finish 2nd.
#6 Drosselmeyer – Mott shipped him down from NY after two respectable turf tries.
#9 Incredibly Gifted – Simms always does well with limited stock.

R8 – Alw 57k C (Turf 8F)

#3 Pick Six – Phipps homebred ran well off similar layoff in June at BEL when 2nd behind Justenufhumor. Has been solid all year and this seems like his preferred distance.
#5 Wise River – Didn’t fire in last two (G2 company) and has been freshened up for this.
#9 Crested (GB) – 12 -1 ML seems unrealistic because he’s coming in off a win and fits well with this group.
#7 Attempted Humor – Lightly raced 4 yr old was last seen at SA in Feb ’09 where he was going longer distances. Pletcher / Leparoux should attract some attention. Underneath only for me.

R9 – G2 Raven Run

#4 Pretty Prolific – Sod try was dull, but must be considered off G1 Test and equipment change (Blinks on).
#8 Flashing – Strong effort in most recent versus elders and barn is scorching hot.
#5 Jardin – She could prove dangerous on the front end if they leave her alone.
#2 Just Jenda – Unproven on a synthetic surface is the only question.

R10 – Alw 54k N2X (Turf 9F)

#1 Changing Skies (Ire) – She won her U.S. debut on a yielding Belmont course at today’s distance last month. Blowout on Tuesday should have her focused.
#5 Prytania – She’s not progressed so far, but that was against stakes company. She won an Alw race during the KEE spring meet and Proctor is a turf specialist.
#2 Striking Dancer – Both wins have come on the lawn and ran 3rd a couple of weeks ago here in an Off the Turf affair.
#8 Magical Theater – Arnold 28% with long layoff types which is no easy feat.

PK4 – 2 8 / 3 5 9 / 1 2 4 5 8 11 12 / 1 2 5 = $63 for a $.50 play

Good Racing Luck

I'll be unable to make any changes as I'm heading to Cincy to see DA BEARS on Sunday. I'm looking for a good spot for some Cincy Chilli? Good luck to those taking a shot at the KEE PK6 carryover.

I'm going to be "singling" in on Striking Dancer in the 10th. She was lightly raced at 2, but had a couple of excellent turf attempts. Came back with a strong race at Gulfstream in her first start as a 3 year old, then went on the shelf for 5 plus months. Came back with a poor performance at Saratoga, where she found herself on the lead, not her usual running style. It took McPeek another 2 months to get her back to the races, where she ran a sneaky good 3rd on the synthetic. Now returning 15 days later, I'm hoping she's over whatever had been ailing her, and ready to run a BIG race.

Just stick with the basic - Skyline Chili. Lived in Cincy for years and just can't beat it.

Hold on there... Of the non-chains, CAMP WASHINGTON up on Colerain stands alone... Chain-wise, personally, I prefer GOLD STAR to Skyline.

Sorry Tiz, I ended up at Gold Star and it was delicious. I would of never imagined chocolate in chilli. I might head to Camp Washington before the game today 4:15pm start.
