Thank you cakes. I was getting ready to bring up that point myself.

HMM YOU HAVE TWO GRADE 1 WINNERS, PA derby wiinner, a breeders cup champion, Classic placed horses, multiple stakes winners at various tracks.
Like those are current Grade I horses? Wilko...BC Champion...like two years ago. LOL. At least Lava Man did beat a current Grade I winners in Seek Gold and King's Drama. You people are being ridiculous about this. Give it up. Lava Man stacks up to the East Coast horses just fine...and I'm an East Coast person.

Three best horses in the nation are Lava Man, Bernardini, and Invasor. Period. No one else stacks up to them right now.

Not only that but CAME back on either him or Sakhee, can't remember which one he did that in but he was passed and came back in one of those BC Classics

tiz's second was over sakhee, if memory serves, and that year he was having some physical problems, including a troublesome back. wasn't able to really string much together that year, but he showed in his second bcc what he was made of!! tremendous heart in that horse.

Why? We love a Champion no matter where they come from. Well maybe not from Iran.

I loved Giants Causeway and he would have been an absolute legend if he won that day. He was a sensational horse that took alot of racing (and managed to beat older horses in March of his 3yo year) Tiznow was not to be passed that day though Kinane regretted dropping his irons before the line. Probably made little difference.

Sakhee would have been too. I admire Tiznow and his connections for the tremendous job they did to get him to win back to back titles esp after the injuries he had, but it doesnt mean I like him.
