Wanted to get a race in before going down to Fla, I would suppose.

I realize that field was nothing special, but he won it in eye popping fashion and should have no issues at all with distance.

Recognize that McGaughey now has the barn at Fair Hill. As he said on ATR earlier in the fall, he'll utilize all the resources in its' proximity.

Curlin could really use a horse like him to follow Palace Malice and do well (not forgetting about Ride On Curlin). Then again, I'm torn--Honor Code, AP Indy...ugh. I gotta say I like it when a horse with talent combines with some rooting interest I have. Really looking forward to the spring preps to see how all this shakes out.

Curious about Louies Flower (don't get me started on the name, are they allergic to apostrophes?). From the family of Swingforthefences. Flower Alley's post-I'll Have Another crops aren't even born yet. Last year's 2nd place finisher in the Springboard Mile? Will Take Charge.
