Frankly, I don't care what you 'believe' about the rate of those caught, or how many use it. Its banned and should treated accordingly. If its a constant issue like you suggest, then I guess I need to question putting one more red cent thru the windows.
I don't wish to think that's the case, and the hundreds of thousands of races in the time span, with 53 caught, does not indicate rampant use as you think there is. The numbers don't back up your belief. And how many are repeat offenders? Or are we to assume that since some get caught, they're all using them? Based on your assertion, that's one buzzer every 154 races. Is that enough to be considered 'common'? Where do you get your numbers? Mine are from that site...
