Default Photos I took on Arlington Million Day (via HRN)

Thought some of you would want to see these. I'm sharing a couple of my favorites directly here, then the rest (33 in total!) are linked below.

If the Dettori/Ramsey photo doesn't win you the 2014 Eclipse Media Award for photography, I don't know what will. What an absolutely phenomenal photo!!!

I'm obviously biased but think her picture is at least better than the flying dismount pic that won in 2008

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. That's definitely a favorite shot of the day and it was completely a "right time, right place" situation. I wasn't even going to shoot this race at first because I had 7 stakes races coming up and that makes for a long day. But I like to do a "warm up" race beforehand so there it was.

Truth be told, you're not the first to throw the E-word out there so I've decided to submit the photo. It won't hurt, so why not.

Thanks for linking up the 2008 photo. The obvious/key difference between the two photos is Ramsey "receiving" Dettori. TFF's timing on the photo is fantastic. I'm a real novice as a photographer and just think it's an incredible photo. In my dreams, I don't think I could have got that shot.

That's usually how it works, huh (right place/right time). Still, you are clearly a great photographer and am awe of your skill. Good luck with your submission, I will be routing for you.
