And how the heck did Comedero run in a state-bred stake at Louisiana Downs in October '09?

They run the Razorback Futurity at Louisiana Downs because there's no other place to run Arkansas-bred 2yo's. Oaklawn is only open January-April.

The "correct" dirt Beyers, based on what the way they used to be done, instead of the made-up versions above:

R1 ALW 8.5F 82
R3 ALW 6F 76
R4 ALW 8.5F 68
R6 3YO G3 6F 98
R8 3U G3 8.5F 97
R10 3U G3 6F 99
R12 3YO G1 9.5F 106
R13 3YO MSW 6F 75

Tune in to ATR occasionally.. A lot of this kind of stuff gets covered. Had talked about Stidham's thoughts after I saw the impressive Arky-bred in person in the Blue and Gold at Charles Town. Also spent a good deal of time with Michael and the connections at Pimlico Saturday, and ran into Albarado when he came across to the infield side to watch the feature. Everyone is in agreement... Comedero is a runnin' fool. Albarado did not ask him at any time for run Saturday. Not a moment. Has upside yet to come. He's going back to Charles Town for the $400,000 race next month before addressing the summer sprint schedule. King's Bishop certainly the summer target.

10 days for Coa for that Friday race. Can't see him appealing that either. Lucky no one was killed.
