I think Bernadini's performance was more impressive to me because he seemed to have run a Grade I workout and was flawless while Da Bears did have a fumble and did let up a touchdown. lol.
But Scavs the most impressive thing I saw all weekend was NYC itself. The place is absolutely the best and 'schools' Chicago in a race. Can't wait to get back.
Was great to meet even more DT's (Genuine Risk is real cute) and now onto the BC. Since we were never able to meet at Arl maybe CD in 4 weeks. Steve B. can point me out. lol

I can't believe you are turning your back on Chicago. While I like NY, I would never admit that it was better then Chicago, it is kinda like Cubs fan actually cheering for the White Sox in the World Series, matter of fact I still think Chicago smokes it, in all aspects but politics, which I know nothing, and like knowing nothing about it.

Scavs you are dead wrong and need probably a guide to see what NYC has to offer. The city is so ALIVE it's unreal. Chicago is a great place but will never be able to hold a candle to NYC.
Anyone from Manhattan know what's the deal with the bakery that sells cupcakes in the Village? The place had a line around the block when we went by at 7pm and then at 1am the line had seemingly grown. Those must be some great cakes.

Default Dell

I have been to NY, twice, during summer and winter and experieced it. It is very similar to Chicago but Chicago still smokes it.

I don't think I have ever heard that NYC was a better city then Chicago, FROM A CHICAGO GUY.....Suburbs are getting to you Dell, you need to go to Bears game and get the love back for Chicago

Scavs, I really want to go to Chicago. I hear a lot of good things about it.

Colder than NY in the winter, though, don't know if I could handle that.

I have never been to NYC, but I have been to Chicago about 6 times, always had fun up there...Best time ever, we still talk about that weekend, was when we graduated college, we didn't have much money to go anywhere big, so we went to Chicago, the Reds were playing and it was Taste of Chicago, that was one of the best weekends of my life...It's a great city...

you'll be fine, I RARELY need a winter jack, I just rock a fleece everywhere....

You should come for the Million in the Summer, Catch the cubs on that Friday (twilight game) and then party in Wrigleyville for the night (easy chicks) or go drink with all the jocks at the sherton next to Arlington Park and then Arlington at 9am till around 6pm

Scavs, NYC's 5 card hand.

Central Park
The Village
Mulberry St
Times Square
Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island

Name five Chicago locations that compare. To me Wrigley Field may be a playable card and maybe Michigan Ave. but Chicago is still beat. Millenium Park is a joke, Soilder Field is ugly and Lincoln Park bars can't compare. I've been to NYC about a dozen times and I and the guys I went with (one breaking his NYC cherry) thought so much of it we didnt step foot in Belmont on Sunday in lieu of going to Manhattan for one last time. (Spent all of Sat. night there as well)

Dell, NYC is still the best. No question about that. So much to offer....But its understandable that scavs feels that way.
