KEE/CD Teaming on 2 New Racetracks; KHRC Saying No?

Churchill Downs Incorporated and Keeneland Association announced Sept. 15 a historic partnership to propose the construction of two new state-of-the-art racing facilities.

One track will be in southeastern Kentucky in the Knox County city of Corbin, and the second will be in southwestern Kentucky in Oak Grove, which is in Christian County. The proposed facilities will feature live horse racing and historical racing machines for guests from Kentucky and beyond.
