There have got to be some horses in the past that were grade I winners that did not supplement in. I dont keep up with the BC close enough, but this had to have happened more than once.

So now he can be in, go off 30-1 and finish 8th. What a great concept until a horse like this knocks out a more deserving horse who was unfortunte not to win a "win and your in" race. The obvious horses are going anyway, the bombs will still be bombs.

Do you really think a win and you are in winner will knock out a deserving entrant? If he will be 30/1, all he will do is keep another 30/1 horse out. This is a great addition to the process of filling the entries. Everyone has the same option of preparing there horses for these races.
