Default Trivia Question

I was discussing some horses from the past 30 or so years today with a friend at Aqueduct and one of my favorites from the past came up.

This horse still holds a dirt track record at Saratoga when he won a race after making his prior start in Europe ( and probably his only start over there ). Name him.

Jolley trained General Assembly but I don't recall if GA won the Travers in the mud off a victory in Europe

He did beat a horse trained by Leroy Jolley when he set the track record. A fairly well known Jolley horse in fact.
