Default Ron The Greek out

Ron The Greek will miss the BC Classic due to a quarter crack. I sure thought he had a chance to pick up the pieces and hit the board. Bummer

I was fooling around with Steve. Obviously Mott wouldn't have shipped unless there was a darn good rreason. It proves how tough this game can be for even the very best of connections.

If Declaration of not Quyck wins will ATR by a 4 hour show on Monday?

Timing of an abcess couldn't be worse and it's a very tough break for Nils Brous, Wachtel, Hammer and Co., et al.. Ron the Greek couldn't have been going better and the pace scenario seemed to offer him collapsing targets. I'm sure they appreciate the Jockey Club win, but you only get so many shots to come into a race like the Classic with a real chance and he appeared to have one. Suppose the Clark becomes the target..

Maybe Cigar Mile. There was talk before the JCGC that he would go short in the Kelso. If he runs his A race where he is closer and sharp early he would be an absolute bull in the Cigar Mile.
