I like that Inglorious horse. Not sure if she can win the Oaks or not, but she's obviously not far off Kathmanblu. Anyone know where she's going next?

Am I crazy to think It's Tricky might be an overlay at 10-1?

I love HER at that price...think she'll come down a little though.

He's a she.
I'm hoping Sway Away floats up to a bettable price. I've seen people take worse stabs. I just hope he's more than a closing sprinter.

I might have to bet a few bucks on Archarcharch.

Astrology, at 50-1, is the only play. He won't be in the Rebel until the 19th

I don't know about that ... unless Uncle Mo bombs - he will be about that price...maybe higher
Bretheren is running against pure dogsh!t at Tampa. I suppose what I'd want to see in terms of this bet are .... 1.) An underwhelming and unimpressive easy victory by Uncle Mo - similar to the one War Pass had in his 3yo debut. 2.) Bretheren wins handily again If that happens - I'll be paying close attention to the odds in the final 15 minutes trying to scoop up an overlay or even possibly the best couple of overlays. |

Hmmm I really Think John Oxley(owner) will win the Ky Oaks this Year and I believe his best 3 year old filly is not on the list Yet...

He's just trolling, but it's funny to me when someone calls a horse that is 50-1 ML, for a race 2 months out, slow and unlikely.
Who is likely right now? |

I am taking Royal Delta in the Oaks at 20-1.

I'm sure you know she's entered, but Make sure you watch her run at Tampa first.

Yes. Plus, she will likely be closer to 20:1.
I have a hard time believing she will be less than 2:1 in the FL Oaks ( ex-Bonnie Miss ) vs R Heat Lightning...and maybe higher. Isn't that a much better raceday play than 10:1ish on her for the Oaks now? Then again, considering the National Handicapper for DRF doesn't even consider her one of the 10 best 3YO fillies, shouldn't she be like 50:1?

The Oaks picture is a much bigger mess than the Derby picture imo.
http://www1.drf.com/images/pdf/Oaks_FuturePool_2.pdf #20 and #21 are first-crop War Fronts like Soldat and The Factor ... he's getting front-end speed routers. I almost fell down when I glanced at his win percentage with routers a few weeks ago ... than my eyes moved left and I saw the sample size wasn't sh!t. I like how the Larry Jones trained one has run five Beyers of 47 or less in seven races .. Eight Belles had a physcotic form like that early on. Probably the only reason they included her in this bet. |
