Gotta love that 17th hole eagle! Gutted out the playoff.

Kev,I'd give Rose a Mulligan for today's play.I started watching when he was already 3 over, and he has hung in pretty well.Could have very easily shot a lot worse in this wind(with the pressure of leading to begin the day.)

LOL.....No,that's the thing. Both these guys can make 10 mil in 5 years time by simply piling up top 5 finishes. What Howell did last week was a lot worse than what Rose did today.Atleast when Rose has a good opening round he usually hangs around the whole tournament.Look at Allenby shooting 63,and then 70,70,70 etc.Rose will win one this year. You want to bet on that?

Well, let's get all the info. here if we are really gunna accuse him of just being a 54 hole player. He did win a tournament on the Euro tour this past November.

Also,I remember when this guy was actually very game on the Euro tour a while back.It seems like he took a while to get over the hump on that tour as well.I thought this guy was gunna be a really good player.I think he still might be,but he needs to get over this final hump(win on the U.S. PGA TOUR.)Give the guy some credit for staying here and fighting through this.A lot of other men would have gone back and taken the easy way out(play mainly on a tour they have already won on.)In Europe,he won by coming from behind on Sunday. We all know that this guy would make it a lot easier on himself if he stayed off the lead on this tour until Sunday. You can't do much tougher things than lead on Friday/Saturday,and try to hold on until Sunday night. He is trying to do it the hardest way.I'd like to see him come Commanche on the back nine on Sunday(like HOFFMAN did.)

Scuds...Im a huge fan of the kid and have been since that wonderful British Open he played so brilliantly in at age 17. I am more pissed at him than anything else. I WANT him to win and WANT him to get over that hurdle. It's obvious he has tons of game and I think once he wins over here, he will win consistently.

Surprised to see my VA boy John Rollins playing so well early in the year. He normally don't hit the radar screen until a few months into the season. FED EX Cup has alot of these boys seeing BIG $$$$. Ian Poulter has already said he will be playing in the US full time this year.
