The Phoenix Suns got the best of this deal. Get a big man and lose Turkoglu big contract. Plus they got a first round draft pick and 3 million.

I realize that they had to unload Arenas but couldn't they have gotten contract relief somewhere else or at least some better pieces?

At least lewis who isn't much more than a spot up jump shooter now is someone elses mistake. Lewis is not improving but either is Arenas. Orlando wanted rid of Lewis as supposedly Howard called him and Carter out the other day.

Contracting those Clippers would have saved us from their ineptitude in 1986-87 when they won just 12 games. Or the next season when they won just 17. Hell, they should have contracted the Nets back in 1987-88 when they went 19-63. Man, the 1980s were filled with awesome teams who all had superstars and whose games should be replayed over and over again on television instead of showing us today's players. Hell, maybe they should just retract the whole damn rigged league. There's been, what, five different champions the last 30 years? (revisionist history is always fun in both sports and other items! It's especially fun when it's the whore of Akron doing it!)
