When I was around 9 or so,I got a new bike for Christmas.

I hated it.

I loved the old one, but it was taken away and I had to settle for this thing.

Glad winter was well on it's way.

First day of summer and I left it at the schoolyard.Really.I forgot it.The next day my Mother noticed it gone and yanked me to the janitors office at school, she told me my Father would kill me if he found out I lost it ( he'd kill her,too...she' not kidding me). So to shorten up---the janitor had picked it up and taken it inside his office so I got it back.

Now it's fall.About 160 of us decide to play tackle football right on the manicured school grass one Sunday. It was the only grassin the whole place.Right in front of the school main showing. They were really proud of it.

But not that Monday.

It looked like Woods got really, really mad at the grass and had a divot outburst.

They weren't sure who was involved, but some rat person living across the street fingered one of the kids.

It was me.

I should have gotten a Born To Lose tattoo.

Anyhoo--the janitor ( Mr. Waggle---not kidding) had me come to his office.I couldn't snitch. He even tried to use the bike affair to make me feel like I owed him something. It didn't work.He then tried to scare me by saying I could get 10 years in stir for this if I took the rap alone.I told him I could do ten years standing on my head.

He didn't lke that one.

But then he got me. He said..' Oh well, you seem to be the only offender we know of, so your parents will have to pay the $100 rerpair bill.'

I thought about what my Father might say to me.

At that point.... I snitched everyone out.

We had to pay 5 dollars each.

The best thing about this is my friends actually understood why I did it.

My Mother and Father called me a rat.

Good thing I didn't own a mustard squirt gun back then.

Maybe you should really consider getting that tatoo, but make it read
"Born to be a LOSER". You could put it on a big Canadian Maple Leaf. I bet it would look real sharp...........

He has since turned in his banana seat for a banana hammock and a cape.

I shunned all of the dolls I was given as a child. I knew early on I did not want children.
