Albarado is the only negative about the horse I can come up with.
but yeah you're right, not inspiring.

you you you...party pooper you! lol

i don't have curlin other than in my rttr stable. not quite sure why.....he seems to do pretty well, just not one that i've ever gotten excited about.

altho, since i would like to see the ar derby achieve gr 1 status sometime this century, i'd like to see curlin do well with the time he has left to race. why, he may even make bernardini look like a horse with a long career.

He is owned by two of the biggest commercial breeders out there. Therefore I believe if he runs really well he will have a short carer and if he runs poorly he will have a short career.

When you look at who's training him.....we can only hope he doesn't have a short life.

Poor Quintin's Gold Rush made his first start for SA in the Lexington Stakes, and won it. I believe he was eased in the Derby....and may he rest in peace today.

I bet on him in the Lexington. He won the Lexington in the same silks that were flown on Curlin yesterday in the ARK Derby.

Poor guy.

right now i like street sense and great hunter.
nobiz like shobiz, IF the lightbulb would go on and he figure out what they are asking him to do. he could be scary.
curlin has been impressive and tough to ignore.
chelokee, can hit the board IF he gets in.
IF the race would fall apart like 2 years ago, liquidity and teuflesberg can pick up the pieces.

the best part of talking about this 3 weeks out, the IF's !

Wouldn't Teuflesberg be one of the reasons it would fall apart? Has that horse ever picked up a single piece?

Take it easy, I never said "so don't be impressed." I started the damn thread with the title as "Yikes," for god's sake.
