After looking at the past performances, this is pretty much the type of a race that I expected when I first read about the Super High 5 wager. Folks are going to have to learn to get used to these full fields of maiden claimers throughout the SAX winter meet. I have one solid opinion among my top 5. #1 Salty Scholar will be gunned from the rail for as long as the CushionTrack will carry him. He may not win but should hang on for a top 5 placing. The longshot I'd key around on would be #12 Forest Edge. Trainer Carla Gaines has clicked off-the-bench on numerous occasions with sprinters and the presence of Joe Talamo may add to that gaudy 64% in the money combination between the trainer/jockey. A wide trip going into the turn may spoil the fun, but at 12/1 ML it's probably worth it. I'm not playing in real life, but waiting for a future carryover. Won't hurt me if I practice here would it? |

for me like a cheapo super 12-8 with 12-8 with 4 - 11 with 4-11..then 1/2/3 under for the last slot.. a few diff tix .. if its your day ..kind of thinking |

winning ticket: 8-4-6-10-3 (no one had it) I was not even close here. The single Salty Scholar was burned into submission by a Wally Dollase dropper Danny Templeton (IRE) who hung on very well for second. Splits of 21 1/5 43 3/5 sounds like a Breeders Cup Sprint, no? I'll look for him again to be a key horse next month for Brian "Hoovergetthekeys" Koriner. CARRYOVER FOR FRIDAY: Code:
