Just a F.Y.I
The Turf course will have a lot of cut in the ground, soft conditions.

I hope the Nijinsky stays on turf today, Rahy's Attorney could be vulnerable at 1 1/4 and is a viable bet against.

P.S Good to see Tasty Temptation finally get a good trip in the Wonder Where.

Pace runner and possible thorn in the side to RA Marlang scratched, advantage to Rahy's Attorney. Unfortunate as race is far more predictable with the scratch.

French Beret may try to keep up with RA. He has decent speed and was able to stay within about two lengths of the quick Daytona throughout much of the 2008 Fair Grounds BC Hcp. He could be used to set it up for the other Frostad runner.

Well, that tactic didn't work.

Good call on FB, RA ran huge again. I was interested in Marlang before the race but seeing how RA relaxed, it would have been a tall order to hold him off, we won't know now.

The question is whether they keep him at 8f-9f or start shooting for more 10f-12f spots in Canada and the U.S. Although he won the WO mile, he might be better suited for 10f-12f, especially as the lone speed in some of the short-field Grade 1 grass races we often get here.
