Steve that Gary Steven's interview was fantastic. The Real Quiet try for the Triple was a great story and replay. I was lucky enough to be there with seats right on the finish line in Garden Terrace thanks to John Hertler. What a race, there was that quiet hush from the crowd when the photo finish was posted. I could have sworn he got his nose down on the wire. I remember saying to my friends "we just saw history in the making ".

Great job and thanks!

Must listen Radio for sure !

Absofreakinlutely. Isn't radio a great medium for fans of sport, especially racing? As if listening to Gary recount his races was enough, to then listen to Tom Durkin call the races is as good as it gets.

Speaking of Durkin, will his race call be heard on HRTV or TVG? Nothing against Collmus, but I'd rather hear Durkin.

Glad everyone enjoyed the extended Stevens visit. Greatly appreciate his generosity, staying on way past the wire. Seemed a unique opportunity to have someone that was on both sides of denied Triple Crown efforts. Always thrilled to have him on ATR.

Part of the pleasure of the on-site broadcasts is impromptu lineup additions. I didn't know if Stevens was going to be able to visit after working Beholder, but asked and ended up with the ideal kickoff to Belmont Week segment.

Highlights for next few days: Jay Privman's Belmont Week visit today (Tuesday). Ron Anderson and Joel Rosario will be on Wednesday. Haskin-Shulman Thursday. Much, much more..
