Default World's Greatest Thoroughbred Race?

Reading a British book which terms the Epsom Derby as the 'World's Greatest Flat Race'. With the Arc Sunday, it made me curious what people consider the greatest of the great flat races internationally? You can vote multiple times, so maybe tab your top 3.

It's kind of difficult for an average race fan living in the US to realize the history and magnitude of the races in another country. I voted Ky Derby sinply on tradition and the fact that every American trainer's / owner's / jockey's dream is to win it

The ultimate would be to stay there and travel the country and finish the trip by attending both finals of the Australian Open.
