Pletcher???

Does Pletcher own any of his horses?I know Assmusen owns a lot of his, mostly claimers and state bred stakes horses. The Assmusen origination down in Laredo even breeds some. Maybe Pletcher has a part in some of the partnerships.

Yes he does. As a matter of fact he owned a Straight Man colt last year who ran 2nd in a grass race at saratoga to Lisa Lewis Pulpit who he then sold to a California owner/trainer.
