Cool Saturday's Belmont Suicide Pool

I know its kind of last minute but is anyone interested in a (every) Saturday Belmont Suicide Pool ?

Your Horse (pick )must finish Win, Place, Show.
You can pick a horse in any saturday race. Just one pick on saturdays card.
If you pick is scratched you get the post time fav.
If you selection hits the board you move on to the next saturday.
The Pick must be in before the first race on saturday afternoon.
If you fail to make a pick your out.

(kind of like the OLD showdown Nyra used to run )

If anyone is interested, I'll keep track and ""weed"" out non-winners.

Let me know on this thread if anyone is interested.
Just a good way to enjoy the fall belmont meet !

Default Just Saturday's?

2$B,

Do you want to do it just the 7 Saturdays? Or how about both Saturday and Sunday of the meet? That way you get 14 race days. The Saturday's will be so laden with near board-hit certainties in the big stakes.

Or are there enough people interested in a Suicide Pool from Day 1 of the meet??? Or both...?

Will offer up Saratoga Blanket and Derby Trail Hat as prize pack...

You better have more than one day a week if you expect any people to fall by the wayside.

I'm in, both days are fine. We could include a NFL pick on Sunday, I'm doing one of those "King of the Hill" pools myself.

To break the multitude pf ties and to keep people from just picking safe odds-on picks, why not keep track of the win-place-show prices of the horses that the contestants pick; if there's a tie for first place at the end of the meet, then the person with the most money won is declared the winner.

Cool

Ok... Heres what were going to do... the contest is for each Saturday & sunday.... Ill keep track of w, p, s, (prices ) incase of a tie....
I'll start a thread for saturdays picks... and the winners will move on to sundays race card..and sooo on to the next weekend...
Im glad some input has been put in.. I would like to do it each day, but I know not everyone can make it each day, so the weekend would be fine..
**remember you must make your pick BEFORE post time of the FIRST race on saturday and sunday.****
And if your pick finishes OUT of the money....your Out of the contest...
***good luck everyone....
