Default Couple of BC Related Questions

Hi Steve, love the show, big fan.

Two questions:

1. When will your and Nick Tam's first segment be posted on the podcast? I missed it Thursday and can't wait to hear it!

2. Care to share a couple of food recommendations near the track in Arcadia / Pasadena area?

Thanks, keep up the good work!

Dave

Well I won't name any that are really really close to the track like The Derby b/c that will be overrun.

I like Arroyo Chop House and Parkway Grill in Pasadena.

If you like Thai, Saladang in Pasadena.

The ne plus ultra: The Dal Rae in Pico Rivera. STeve clued me into this place 10+ years ago and I owe him for life.

All will be crowded and/or fully booked the longer you wait, if not already.

Monrovia (nearby the track) has a nice but small "Old Town" with a couple good joints.

And all of Colorado Blvd in Old Town Pasadena is dotted with food and drink joints.

Don't forget In n' Out Burger. I usually are on a budget, Not sure they still do, but the track used to have a surprisingly good corned beef sandwich.
