Default 1/6 Santa Anita

Race 7 - Santa Ysabel G3

The fillies really aren't all that great so far....that said, I don't see a clear stand-out in the race and liked these little ladies:

#2 Setafire 8-1
#5 Le Cirque 15-1
#4 Adoradora 20-1

Race 8 - San Pasquel G2

#2 Dixie Miester

Default Late Pick 4

Didn't play much today, but will take a shot at what looks to be a fun Pick 4 at Santa Anita. Two graded stakes races sandwiched between two MSW going downhill on the turf.

6) Love taking outside horses, so let's take the 10 and 12. Peter Miller is always dangerous, and Gomez on makes him live in my mind. Going to add the 8 horse, Asteri as he looked to compete fairly well in a couple key races. I'll also add in Untapped, as his work pattern is great and he lures Nakatani, who always does well down this turf course.

7) Speed is still doing well at Santa Anita, so I'm going with the 8 and 9., Both may be better suited at a slightly shorter distance, but either has the chance to go wire to wire.

8) Risky single here with Preachinatthebar. Don't care for all the deep closers here, and if he fires from the rail, I see him getting a nice trip.

9) Both Canani horses look live here, so I'll include both. The 1 horse ran well last time to Gem Proof, who came back to win in nice fashion last weekend. I'll also through in the 10 Purely Wild, and reluctantly leave out the Sise first timer and the Drysdale/Nakatani 12 horse.

5,8,10,12/8,9/1/1,4,6,10
4x2x1x4 = $32 for $1
Good luck!
