That rule... I dont get it.
the rule's mainly so that people don't move the ball to make the shot easier while lining up the shot and it's written for ANY movement, regardless of what causes it.

a small bit left or right can make a HUGE difference in how a putt will react.

Because the booths they are announcing from are
often right next to the green? Or tee box.

Personally I think heckling should be allowed.
He putta, putta, putta SWING!

They whisper regardless of what hole they are showing. It is just kinda weird.

Is there not a rule about making contact with the ball?
If you make contact, thats a stroke. I understand the improving
your lie without touching the ball, but that was ridiculous.

Harrington is standing over the ball in a hurricane and gets a penalty
after he has moved away just because he addressed it... And the
addressing part seems ill-defined from what was given on the tube.

Damn game is hard enough.
I glad I am turrible and dont play anymore.

making contact with the club... yes. That's why when it's windy, you never sit over the ball when you address it (high school golf coach drilled that one into us). The addressing rule is really cut and dry.... compared to what they said on tv (bad explanation). It's basically, as soon as you put your club behind the ball... then.. you addressed it.

I have actually been to a few tournaments and they have
booths by a heck of a lot of greens. Fewer at the tee boxes.

But you are right. Someone whispered on a fairway shot.
It is kinda soothing... to me anyway. I think I may need
a presciption from a doctor to watch some of it, powerful
sedative.

Even if you are going through all the wigglies

Hillbilly is a term referring to people who dwell in rural, mountainous areas of the United States, primarily Appalachia and the Ozarks.

Kenny Perry was born in Elizabethtown, KY and lives in Franklin, KY. Break out a god damn map and realize there are no god damn mountains in these two towns.

Thanks, pretty interesting comparing them. Sportsbook is terrified of Furyk but not scared at all of Padraig. Almost all of the other lines are extremely close.

Furyk's nose should count as an extra
caddie. It should not be allowed on a
course as exclusive as Augusta.

If betting was legal for me over the
internet I too would take a stab on
The NAHS Furyk.
