Default Davidson/Kansas total

Really like the UNDER 147 here. As great a story as Davidson has been, there's no way they're going to hit 50% from beyond the arc today. I imagine Self will tell his guards to cover Curry at all costs, even if it costs them some energy on the offensive end. Kansas opened up a 20 pt lead fairly quickly on Villanova and was content to sit on it. I think they will play at a slower tempo today.

That was a bad play call from the coach. You have to know that three people are going to be on Curry, why not run a play for that Barr kid and free him up......

I have a large future wager on Memphis right now, 7/1.....I am praying for Kansas to beat NC, but I doubt it would happen.

My guess at the lines are

UCLA -2
NC -4

Agreed, what a waste of a last chance!

that really was a pathetic last 17 seconds. You call a timeout, have 17 seconds left, and that's what you come up with? The Kansas players were guarding the 3, Curry easily could have sliced to the basket for a layup or kicked it out.

They were going for the daggar, can't fault them for it at all....I would have done the same exact thing in their position

I have no problem going with the Dagger, but the Dagger shouldn't be your star, who is double covered dribbling around trying to get an open look. They should have taken the shot with atleast 6 seconds left for a possible second chance.

I agree. I don't understand why the NCAA and the selection committee so badly wants the chalk to hold. This final four is flat out uninteresting. The most watched NCAA tournament was '06- coincidence? I think not.

Curry having the ball at the end didn't bother me. It was pretty obvious. I just wish they would've worked a little harder to work a screen for him or something, as opposed to simple "isolation" and freestyle. But, let's face it, even if the other kid gets a play desgined for him, and you're only using Curry as a decoy, we're all here saying "how do you not give it to Curry at the end of the game?". You guys are full of "S" if you deny that.

But what bothered me too, is it almost seemed like Curry fell asleep at the wheel on the final play. He waited way too long, and then got himself in trouble. He was still aimlessly dribbling with 4 seconds left.

No one can argue that the 4 best schools didn't make the final 4, but I wanted Davidson to win. It's been a fun ride, thanks for the memories guys. I'm not sure about Curry's teammates, but you'd have to assume Curry is comin back to school (I think he's too small to play in the NBA right now). So hopefully we'll get to see another run from them next year.

All I was hoping for was that Davidson would fire a 3 at the end and not a 2 which would've forced OT.....the worst possible thing for an UNDER bettor. But after 15 points combined in the opening 9 minutes, the over never had a chance. Cha Ching.
