Oh Hopkins did not just win it.
It was as close to a slaughter as one could have seen.
Hopkins won every round except maybe one that he was penalized.

Pavlik is a very tough kid.
He got totally beaten up, but did not go down.
Pavlik hopefully will go back to the gym
and work on agility and skills. He is such a massive puncher
he could continue to be a big draw. I just hope the fight did not
destroy him as a fighter.

If she would have said......"Nice pick Mortimer.....they'll be tough to beat. I went with State Penn.

Good luck."

Then I 'd be worried.

I was one of those who was not exactly happy when The Ohio State signed Pryor. I thought he was too arrogant and was going to end up on the troubled path....

So far, though, he has really impressed me. He seems to have his head in the game, and so far has played above his Freshman status.

I still say that the Buckeyes were never going to beat USC on that night earlier this year, but that if Pryor had been allowed to just play it that it would have been a different game, much like the Troy Smith decision against Texas at home a couple of years ago.

But now, Pryor has come along enough that he has his own chance on a big, big stage, and he is going to show why he was such a hyped QB.

Going to start looking for a victory cigar for the Buckeye win...

Talk to me a week from today.
Maybe they wont win that big, but Penn St will win, they are the real deal and so is Ohio St. Therefore a Penn St win in Columbus is BIGTIME, and Penn St will get it done.
