From Prospect High School, which yet again has produced an unbelievable talent. Something in the water around here

Sorry, but this show has really jumped the shark this season. Ellen is a worse judge than Paula was and that was hard to do. I've been stuck watching this show withthe family from season one on and at least they had some people with talent to make it interesting, but there doesn't seem to be much talent in this group.

Lily Scott at 20-1 is where my money would be.
She may not be appealing enough to gain a big enough fanbase to win it all, but she'll go to at least the top 5.

The chalk is too good. Forget last week (poor song choice.) Take the 4/1. It's (easily) a pro voice. Just don't show his people in the big flower prints anymore.

Simon Cowell's sabotage of the franchise - making room for his new show next year...I've been pretty much over it since Ruben Studdard won

I only liked watching people mess up. Kept things interesting rather than listening to nothing but perfect singers

Those are the SADISTIC shows. I don't have any interest in watching that. It's too bad they support the Sadistic aspect of some people's personality. None of those judges really like that, but they have to act like they do. In the shows they're doing now, do they look like they enjoy bad singing? No, they don't.....Most of their critiques were legit this week. Only odd comments were towards the girl playing the piano. She was really good. It's just that Ellen is hyper, and doesn't enjoy a slow song like that one was done. That girl's (Kaetlin, I think) head is sorta fkd up now. BTW, Ellen should consider wearing turtleneck sweaters, because her neck is brutal. As it is, those Cover Girl Make Up commercials are already uncomfortable situations. Now, you might say those are sadistic comments I made, but they aren't. If my comments were read to her, I wouldn't enjoy watching her response.

oddsmakers are pretty good, as losers tonight were 80,50,40, and 18/1.

LOL..A Minority Cut...3 Blacks, 1 Asian...I think 2 of the 4 were legit cuts. The other 2 were close calls. If I was the Mexican Dude (or the 2 other Blacks still left,) I'd be very concerned. Time to come with their best, or they are simply gone. If they aren't incredible next week, then, they are gone. That's pretty obvious. They cut the Blacks real quickly last year, too.

O.K., I can tell you this guy needs the same set up he had. This set up is making him sound tinny, and there's no echo(he needs a lil echo added.) His voice was sounding warmer etc. in the auditions. For his voice, the set up is incredibly important. I think he's going out tonite, and I don't think it's because of what they're saying. He could do everything they say, and it still wouldn't sound as good as the auditions. That set up was dead solid perfect for his voice. This set up is horrible for his voice. You can't tell me they don't know it. He might not know it. Anyways, I think he's gone, and the rest bore me. So, I will probably not pay them much attention until the last week. So, someone let me know when they're getting close to the end. No matter how they gush for that Crystal chick, she isn't unique. Yea, she's good, but not unique. She better be a dyke, because she needs to at least have that built-in fan base if she wins this(probably will.) Diabetes could easily cost her this thing though.

You could be right... He has'nt sounded so good lately and at first I really thought he would be in the final 4...Last night was pretty lame.

I thought Michael Lynche blew them all away with last night performance.

I think the ones going home this week are Aaron and Paige.

Crystal Bowersox 13/2

Has a real Janis Joplin feel. I can't wait till she cuts an album

Me too..kinda a cross between Janis and Bonnie Raitt with some Joan Osborne thrown in. Only other one who comes close to her is that Siobohn Magnus chic.

She is my favorite too... I think it will come down to her and Casey or Michael..I kinda lost hope with Alex after last night, but still quite a ways to go yet, and he could get back into the top with another performance like he did during the auditions.

Too early for me to get a handle on their fan bases yet, Crystal and big Mike appear at the top of their game thus far but when they are mandated to do songs out of their comfort zone things could change. Tough cut tonight on guy's side, one pretty evident but the second??
