Snowy Woods
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know, His house is in the village though. He will not see me stopping here, To watch his woods fill up with snow. My little horse must think it queer, To stop without a farmhouse near, Between the woods and frozen lake, The darkest evening of the year. He gives his harness bells a shake, To ask if there is some mistake. The only other sound's the sweep, Of easy wind and downy flake. The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep. -- Robert Frost I don't know that I had a SnowyWoods thing ,but if I did I can't find it. I must do this thing. Inspired by Jack..I mean Robert Frost...I do open this thing in honor of my very good friend Andrew Panda. I invite all including the fine poster SomerRobert...I mean Frost...to visit. I would also be quite adorned if HerMightyFragranceThebby stopped by so as to see what Lillies look like blooming last in the cozy dooryard.....which is only a few feet away from the SnowyWoods. I have redone Fortitudes of the Lullaby
I hope you all enjoy it. I call it ....Fortitudes of the Lullaby. gold mines of all kinds twinkle in the in the deck false mimes in all times make you make your bet you drink slow,hang low see the pearls and gems you throw down,hold on someone has 4 tens why didn't i go with the others running off to their clocks they still have all of their lovers i'm still unlocking locks break down,make up from lips of crushed ice i frown--from way up and someone rolls more dice seeing me as the mirror i ask what do you mean repeating me after my furor it says i remain unseen don't go west just go forward you don't have to look back hold up your chest like a new word there's nothing more to lack time to do, what you knew could be there all the time go now ,show them how the memory of your line you didn't go with the others you had no time to kill and you didn't have any lovers because you had to grist the mill oh what a thrill to have been there; is what i want to say but you really had to be there; i know it to this day no locks,no clocks don't be in your own way no sin,no win it's written on their sleigh i won't,give in i'll turn the dirt to woods they don't,live thin steal their stolen goods you didn't go with the others you had no time to kill and you didn't have any lovers because you had to grist the mill
