Great interview with Blu, he and my uncle were really tight friends from Baltimore and I had the pleasure of going with my uncle to Saratoga for the weekend and we met up with Blu for 2 days of racing and eating he took us to all great places to eat and the stories this man can tell and the memory for anything having to do with horse racing he is truly a character, I will always remember this moment with Blu at the Preakness when I told him that Rags to Riches would win the Belmont and he told me AINT NO FILLY WINNING THE DAMN BELMONT!!!

Blu is unbelievable.. As Dave Grening said to me after the spot, 'at least half of what he told you might have been true..'

He's back today to deliver the 'Best You Ever Ate' Crab Cake recipe and riff on Pimlico owner Ben Cohen and his brother.
