Default 1st step back to playoffs

after a thorough investigation Ol Hank has determined these two guys were the main causes of this years demise. He also feels firing Girardi's friends will motivate him to manage better.

It really is just ridiculous. Overbloated payroll team underperform for various reasons, so they fire the 3rd base coach. Only in the Bronx.

I wonder if they are going to bring back Willie Randolph. He used to be the Yanks 3rd base coach/bench coach. Plus if Girardi gets off to a slow start, they could slide Willie right into the manager's office. Also it would be a bit of a shot at the Mets, with them still paying Willie next year.
