Steve Crist posted on his blog this morning that the unofficial Beyer for Friesan Fire was 104.....POTN 90......Win Willy 102.

Also, the Beyer doesn't take into account that 3-4 lengths RA lost when Borel started his spazz attack 50 yards before the wire.

I forgot about that. I should have remembered that any track over which Macho Again wins would have to be considered very, very slow. Or is that just his trainer who's a little slow?

In fact, it seems the "track" "got" a lot "slower" between 3:08pm and 3:41pm.

I thought it was a pretty questionable performance by the figure maker myself.

However, it was a very wet track... hard to take the figures real serious.

Before seeing this thread I posted the same thing in the Rachel Alexandra thread... I agree, very questionable decision.
