This is how american tracks should look like. If they have tracks like these people will fill those stands. People dont come to tracks anymore because they are like porta-potties. At least Gulfstream is on the right track by modernizing the racetrack. That track wold look awesome if they have racing at night

I have a hard time understanding how you can compare Gulfstream which has virtually no seating to watch the races and Sha Tin. Gulfstream did not 'modernize' its facility, it simply turned it into a casino with a racetrack attached.

There's plenty of seating at Gulfstream. On any week day, the grandstand is 80% empty. On big weekend days, it's 50%.
