Default funeral

Going to one today...to stare at a dead body in a box with rufflies stapled to the inside.Funeral Flowers wills stink the place up and sour puss faces will greet you at the door.

Lies will be everywhere.

Would anyone like to come?

Hmmm...sounds refreshing.

There's something poetic about the world of savages. So catchy.

Why,yes...I think I'd like that.

we did not acknowledge the creature she threw up in the car yesterday...so this may be something of a double ceremony.

I want this song played over and over at my funeral.

It would be cool if Morty was there.

BH..always best to include the lyrics for Mr. 40 Grit songs:

Lay your head where my heart used to be
Hold the earth above me
Lay down in the green grass
Remember when you loved me

Come closer don't be shy
Stand beneath a rainy sky
The moon is over the rise
Think of me as a train goes by

Clear the thistles and brambles
Whistle 'Didn't He Ramble'
Now there's a bubble of me
And it's floating in thee

Stand in the shade of me
Things are now made of me
The weather vane will say...
It smells like rain today

God took the stars and he tossed 'em
Can't tell the birds from the blossoms
You'll never be free of me
He'll make a tree from me

Don't say good bye to me
Describe the sky to me
And if the sky falls, mark my words
We'll catch mocking birds

Lay your head where my heart used to be
Hold the earth above me
Lay down in the green grass
Remember when you loved me

yea, you're right....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KmSMKxcFdOs

The Part You Throw Away

You dance real slow
And you wreck it down
Walk away and you turn around
What did that old blonde gal say
That's the part you throw away

I want that beggar's eyes
The winning horse
A tidy Mexican divorce
St. Mary's prayers Houdini's hands
And a barman who always understands

Will you loose the flowers
Hold on to the vase?
Will you wipe all those teardrops away from your face?
And I can't help feeling as I close the door
I have done all of this many times before

The bone must go
The wish can stay
A kiss don't know what the lips will say
Forget I ever hurt you
Put stones in our bed
Remember to never mind instead

But all of your letters burned up in the fire
And time is just memory mixed with desire
That's not the road It's only the map, I say
Gone just like matches from a closed down cabaret

In a Portuguese saloon
A fly is circling round the room
You'll soon forget the tune that they play
For that's the part you throw away
For that's the part you throw away

Hey Thebby...hope your funerals were as much fun as mine was.

Had they not darted me, would have posted a meet up for both of us at that NE Ohio Meet Ups place.

Great way to meet dead people.

Which most of them are over there.

I gave the eulogy at the funeral.

"Well it looks like Bob won't be tossing salad anymore...oh well,it just wasn't his perfect day."

I got squirted with mustard and then forced to leave the permises.
