![]() We can use common sense, again I am not in disagreement that it was part of their rationale, rather I disagreed that it was the only reason why they came back.

![]() Ok, well you just said that we're not to believe quotes from Team Zenyatta that are written in various publications out there, like DRF and Ray Paulick are just fabricating a bunch of quotes when they can't get Jerry Moss to call them back before deadline.

![]() No, I never said this, what I said was just because one can take one quote and turn it into the Rosetti stone, does not make it the only reasons why a horse may or may not have come back. Who said anything about fabricating? What you are doing is basing your whole argument on one selected quote.

![]() When the "one" quote pretty much refutes everything you're arguing, then I suppose I'd understand not taking a particular quote at face value. And do you have any idea what the Rosetta stone is, because that is the worst analogy I've ever seen, Rosetti or not.

![]() Notice to everyone, Zenyatta's sole reason for coming back to race in 2010 was to win HOY.
![]() I only wish I was fortunate enough to meet people this gullable in my day to day interactions at work. |

![]() Remember when a horse's greatness was defined by winning great races instead of trying to inflate and protect won/loss records? Its even made worse in today's age because you only have so many chances to race. If you use those opportunities on bad races, you end up trying to define a career with a handful of races.

![]() Yeah, you've been very original in this thread. Recycling the same arguements and points that have been hammered home for months now. Impressive stuff.

You already said that ... But the joke's on you . You have no idea whether I bet or not--as if betting is a virtue and not betting excludes me from some club ...... Pretention and betting are NOT mutually exclusive--there are numerous examples right here . |
